I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out the Net Carbs for Shakeology (chocolate). I am contemplating trying the Atkins diet to get off this plateau... however, I WILL NOT and CAN NOT give up my Shakeology...

    Total Carbs - Dietary Fiber = Net carbs

    Check out the nutrition label for the numbers. I don't have the chocolate one.

    Not a good Atkins product, fructose in it 9g of sugars per serving and low fat. Split it into three and drink with meals and you may not notice it.
