    I had to ask my friend how to measure my biceps since I was pretty sure I do it wrong. He told me, I lost an inch because of correctly measuring, and now my husband measures my arms every week.

    Good call! This is why I always measure in line with my belly button. Even if it's not my smallest part, it's not going to move vertically from month to month.
