I am also sorry it took so long to get to this! I'm fairly new (started this beginning of April) and I am kinda confused about the whole process...not to mention embarrassed about my weight! But here it goes...

My exercises consist of walking/jogging around the lake by house, around my neighborhood a couple times, and a Playstation game I have called "Active 2." I drink between 8-12 cups of water a day (usually fill up a giant water bottle). I know it says for today's exercises but this is what I typically do. I usually set a goal to finish the mile faster each time I do it. I have a goal of getting a 10 minute mile! Anyways, sorry about the delay but I'm glad to have this goal and ready to change my life0
