First time trying to add photos...hope it works
I started my little journey at the heaviest I had ever been 197.6. I am 7 years removed from college, where I weighed 160 when I started. All the success is thanks to a change in diet, which was eating clean during the week and splurging a little on the weekends, and hitting the treadmill 2-3 times per week with a little kettlebell mixed in. Started with just walking for a half hour but now I'm running 2+ miles at a time and feeling great!

current 178.6 and only a few to go before my goal of 170!

Oh and this was in the time frame of middle of January to middle of April...so 3 months.0

Thanks Ladies! I should say 7 years since I started college, not removed from college. I'm only 26. I also pole vaulted in college, it's crazy what a desk job can turn your body into :happy:0
