This is my 20 lbs down

So when I originally started I had decided that I wanted to drop to 135lbs. When I started I was 155.2 lbs on March 5th... As of today, I am currently 133.6lbs. Over 20lbs loss in the last 2 months. I dont have measurements right now, but I do have my progress pictures, and here they are!!

I run/jog/walk for an hour every night, but I am up to carrying shoe weights and wrist weights now, and I was doing Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred. I also stuck to a 1200 calorie diet during it all. My current BMR is like 1330 calories. So I get part of my deficit from there between the 1200 and the 1330.0

I am both inspired and jealous! Lol. Congrats to you. Has taken me 4 months to re-lose 40. Such a struggle. I just bought the 30 day shred too, can't wait to start it. Got 25 to go!0

Your weight is where I'm struggling to get too. We are the same height too and have the same body shape. I'm currently at 142. From your 142 to your 133 is a huge difference.....thanks for sharing the pics gives me a bit of a visual on how my body will look at 133 as well. Mind if I add you as a friend?0
