Working Out, Eating Right and gaining weight

I had lost 14 pounds by watching my carb intake and walking, my boyfriend (sounds weird at 49yrs old) has hired a personal trainer for me 2 days a week. Since working out with the trainer I have gained 8 of the 14lbs back. This is very discouraging.

water weight and muscle weight. women are very prone to water weight!! watch your weight over a four week period, not a daily or weekly basis.0

It is very possible you have gained some muscle which does weight more than fat. Sometimes it is not about the lbs, but the inches. How do your clothes feel? Have you taken any measurements of waist or hips that you can compare to?0

Make your diary public and hopefully someone can give you some pointers.
Good luck!0
