Tuesday: 70 mins. Leslie Sansone's 4 fast miles dvd for 50 mins. Chris Freytag's 10 min buns and 10 min thighs.
Wednesday: 70 mins. Leslie Sansone's 4 Fast Miles dvd for 50 mins. Did a 10 min ab workout and a 10 min arm workout.

Will not be confusing at all! That is an awsome goal!! The challenge used to include calories burned too. the goal would be to burn 2500 to 3500 calories per week or do minutes per week. I dropped the calories and last month was the 1st month I thru it in the last week.
I too will be making sure I burn 3000 to 3500 calories each week. I will just not be listing it. When I start getting to that gym 3 or more days a week it will be much easier for me to get that 3500+.
For some it is just easier to focus on one thing. I know for me right now I am focusing on making sure a majority of my workout is over 130 avg hr. Please feel free to add whatever little thing you want to help you focus on fitness. It will inspire many and help you too. As long as you stick with the basic format you can add away!! Surprise surprise, I've exceeded my weekly goal! I shall keep on updating, and see how many minutes I could go for this week. Then I might increase my weekly goal for the following weeks to come.
