    I think you should write a book or get your own exercise show or something! I am more inspired by your post than any other person I have known or post I have read. Congratulations on your impressive success!! I know how very hard it has been for me to lose 30 lbs in 5 months, so I can only imagine the determination and hard work it took for you to accomplish yours. You look absolutely amazing!     Awesome job!!! gives me some extra motivation to keep going. I started at 471 and am almost to my 100 lbs lost mark. I have started some lifting and would love some great advice so I can end up with some muscles and not just flabby arms, legs, and stomach.
