    WOW, I’m so impressed and inspired to push myself harder.. It’s great that you were able to share it with your wife also. And to get the kids eating better and exercise more so they can stay healthy instead of having to become healthy later in life like you did.. WTG!!! You look fantastic!!

    Great story! I love, love, love that your family was your motivation!!! Many people could take a lesson from you.

    It's inspiring to read about people who stuck with it, even though it was a very long, hard process.

    On a aide note, I love your mustache and if I was your wife, I would be bragging constantly about my husband's ginormous sexy muscles.

    DAMN! And great job the last few months getting ripped! Just comparing the photo from December to May is a huge change for most people, but when you go all the way back to the photos in the 400 pound range it's truly incredible stuff.
