    Ive added a personaly goal. burn 10,500 calories this month. So you all may see my min / calories listed. I am just trying to keep things together. IF this gets to confusing Mollie let me know. I will adjust.

    Will not be confusing at all! That is an awsome goal!! The challenge used to include calories burned too. the goal would be to burn 2500 to 3500 calories per week or do minutes per week. I dropped the calories and last month was the 1st month I thru it in the last week.

    I too will be making sure I burn 3000 to 3500 calories each week. I will just not be listing it. When I start getting to that gym 3 or more days a week it will be much easier for me to get that 3500+.

    For some it is just easier to focus on one thing. I know for me right now I am focusing on making sure a majority of my workout is over 130 avg hr. Please feel free to add whatever little thing you want to help you focus on fitness. It will inspire many and help you too. As long as you stick with the basic format you can add away!!     I find that encouraging that we have 5 weeks this month somehow.
    Week # 1 -- April 30th -- Goal 250 minutes but hoping for more: Made it but will see what the weekend brings!

    Mon: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Tue: 35 minutes elliptical to warm up and weight training
    Wed: 70 minutes of Aquafit
    Thur: active work but no formal exercise
    Fri: 90 minutes of walkking and upper body weight training
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total / min left: 255 / 0 (over by 5 minutes)

    Wed 05/02/12 = 37 min of BFBM DVD.
    Thurs 05/03/12 = 45 min of boot camp + 65 min of muay thai + 10 min of walking to midnight movie.
    Fri 05/04/12 = 20 min of walking to the bookstore.
    Sat 05/05/12 = 30 min of Kinect Sports' boxing + 7 min of Kinect Sports' table tennis + 20 min of Zumba DVD + 6 min of circuit resistance training.

    Total / min left: 335/135 min exceeded.

    Surprise surprise, I've exceeded my weekly goal! I shall keep on updating, and see how many minutes I could go for this week. Then I might increase my weekly goal for the following weeks to come. :D
