    Started at 215, dropped 3 in 3 days...

    Found a new workout routine 3 day a week, a friend turned me onto the app, when I cal'd out my typical fast food meal before I almost keeled over, this is going to be awesome.

    My normal weigh ins are Mondays (to prevent me from overkill on weekends)

    As of May 1 weight: 193 lbs
    May Goal Weight: 183 lbs
    End Goal Weight: 115 lbs
