MORE FRIENDS NEEDED FOR ENCOURAGEMENT

I am looking to add more friends, both male and female, for more encouragement. I have days where I do great and log every single calorie and other days where I am a slacker..lol. I need people to encourage me to keep at it, and in return I will do the same.:happy:

We all have days like that....but then we get back on track and see the big picture. Getting in better shape and losing weight is what we all are here for and encouragement from others helps tremendously.0

I am new to MFP and just started navigating around the community boards. Looks like a lot of support is out there for us!
I can relate to the 'slacker days' you mentioned! It is strange that we can do so well and then out of the blue we have a bad day. Sometimes having someone say "you can do it - DON'T give up" makes all the difference. Best of luck to you! :bigsmile:0 -

:flowerforyou: Okay that sounds good, you can count on me! However there are days that I'm a slacker too. I will do my best though. Just fyi` One of the keys things that helps motivating me is learning and trying out new recipes and since I'm a vegetarian I am creating and discovring new recipes that are lowfat, fat free all the time. What are the things that interest and motivate you? Can you share them with me? If so them maybe we can be friends.0

I know what you mean. But I always try to remember that it doesn't pay to not write it down. I didn't realize until I started this plan how many calories I was eating. It sure makes you accountable for everything that goes in your mouth. How many calories are you a day? I have a nutritionist working with me and she has me on 1000 - 1400 per day. I am starving! LOL Not really, but not liking the food choices, I feel like a rabbit.
Keep going girl you are gonna do it! We both will.
