    5' 2 here and highest was 248lb, started mfp at 237, today 230.4. I am 43 yrs old.
    my final goal is to be 120lbs but mini goals are to break 200, then 175, 150, and hit my goal.

    i started at 226, and as of tonight am 199.25lbs. not sure how much i want to lose overall, at least another 2 stone and we will see how we go! anyway, feel free to add me everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi! I have been on here a few times, and am really getting serious now! I am 5'6 and was at 226.2 a few days ago... I have started doing the " Advocare 24 Day Challenge" to get a jumpstart on my weight loss and to hopeffully learn some good lifestyle changes! I weighed myself this morning and found that I am at 222.0 so I am excited! Hopefully I can keep this up and get to the weight I want to be at!

    Im 33, 5'6, and bounce between 200-205. Ive had this app for 6 months or so, however, i just recently began using it! I want to get healthier and honestly enjoy exercising, but health issues sometime get in the way. I discovered I have RA about a year and a half ago, and thats when the weight started coming back on. ( I had recently lost 30lbs before) I enjoy working out, but when the flares hit, its hell!!!! I eat healthy for the most part, problem is, i eat a whole lot of healthy!! lol Soo, i love having this app to be more concious of what im consuming!!

    I started at 220 at 5'7 am at 195 have 45lbs to go. I have been up in down with my weight lost, just last year I was down to 150 got sick could not exercise got depressed and just could not stop eating. I just joined to see if I could get support for this last 45 lbs I have to lose, so you can add me if you like.

    Hey, I'm a newbie as well. Started working out about 3 weeks ago and decided to use MFP to help count calories. Started out at 220lbs. I'm now down to 216lbs, 5'6 and 32yrs old. I'm really determined to get this weight off. I need all the support I can get. You can add me if you like.
