what can i sub for the bread crumbs and cheese?

do you have allergies? when I make the cauliflower crust pizza the original recipe I found called for cheese (a lot of cheese) to help bind it together, instead I use vital wheat gluten. If you have gluten allergy obviously this would not be ok for you. But it also loads in a lot of protein! For bread crumbs i'm not sure what you could use. I normally use brown rice "bread" crumbs just because I like the texture better.

This may sound like a silly question but does the spinach have to be frozen? I'm not sure where to find that here (live in China).

I made these yesterday and they were pretty amazing. They tasted great and were light but you actually felt like you ate something really satisfying. Thanks so much for posting this!

These were so delicious! I didn't have cheddar cheese so I tried it with Cottage cheese and instead of Garlic powder I used 2 cloves of Garlic. Also I used black pepper instead of the flakes. It was so juicy looking I didn't think it would stick together but it did!

GREAT RECIPE! Sounds wonderful, and a great use of spinach, which is so nutritious. Can't wait to try this with my kids!

I will be making these tonight but to freeze for later, do I need to cook them or can I just make the burgers and toss right into the freezer? Let me know if anyone has an answer. Thanks!
