Body difference in one week.....

Well, lookie here!!! I've been making an effort to work out just a bit each day.... walking at lunch, walking after work and doing my regular workout classes on Monday & Friday with a big burn run/walk on Sunday. It's not only keeping me motivated, but I am starting to feel better. I'm cutting my sodium as much as I can and staying away from so much processed food. Here are some results. I felt kinda pretty today!

I was able to see both by right clicking and slecting view image. It made them full screen. For only being a week you can see distinct differences in how your body curves. Pretty impressive!0

Thanks so much! I know... I have some waist appearing again. I go back and forth from apple to hourglass to pear to apple... who knows, I might end up as a dragonfruit or a desk chair by the time I'm done LOL0

@Noturshorte - I've been doing a lot of stairs and a bunch of russian twists, weighted sit ups, and weighted side bends to work my obliques. it seems to help a whole lot. there's a turbo jam abs video that's really good too. its almost all standing ab stuff and the laying down ab stuff isnt so centered on one's tailbone - some videos are and those kill me!0

it's hard to see a difference mainly because the clothes are completely different the first pic you're wearing a looser cotton t and loose shorts and the second you're wearing spandexy type things, so yeah you're going to look tighter in the second pic just because of the difference in clothes.
in any case, keep up the good work. how many inches did you lose in a week?0
