How many lbs do you lose, on average per week?

I started at the beginning of Jan this year and had big losses in the early weeks but its slowing down. However my average overall is 1.76lb per week. If this continues I will be happy!0

I'm averaging 1.3 pounds per week lost. I have lost as much as 2 pounds in a week or as little as .2 pounds in a week. I'm not in any hurry to get it off, as I want to be able to keep it off once it's gone. I've been going a little over 16 weeks now, and I'm down 20.8 pounds, and I feel great.0

I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Not sure what week. I have kept if off so far. By same diet and not going back to old habits. you can look at my diary and see the jist of what i do.0

On average? .5 some weeks none. I only want to lose 10LBS and don't really "need" to lose any. And I've beefed up my weights and cardio. Oh, and then there's menopause. lol0

Averages out to 2.5 lbs a week since beginning of the year. About ten pounds from goal at this point. Mainly focusing on building muscle through weight training at this point, but fat is still coming off which is all win as far as I'm concerned.0

.25 lbs/week, if I'm lucky! My goal is to lose a total of 20-ish pounds. My doctor is okay with my weight, but as a newly diagnosed diabetic, she feels I can avoid complications if I can get down to as low a weight as possible within reason. So that's what I'm trying to do! I might be good with another 10 lbs, but I figure I'll know when I get there.0

I've been steadily losing about 1 lb per week since the beginning of the year. It was just flying off at first. I miss that, but I haven't had to worry about plateaus so far. Fluctuations, sure, but overall coming off more or less as predicted.0

I'm averaging 2 lbs per week... but sometimes the scale doesn't move at all and 2 weeks later its 5 or 6 lbs less.0

I lost 4 the first week, and since then its been between1-2 pds a week. Except for about 2 weeks its been about 4 ounces. But I celebrate any loss no matter how big or small0

I guess about 1 pound per week. I've been on MPF for about 3 weeks and I've lost 4 pounds. I have upped my net to about 1700-1800 per day over the past couple of weeks.0

Uh oh, math problem! LOL!
Well I hit 120 days on MFP a few days ago and at that point I had lost 63.6 lbs. I "may" be doing the math wrong.... but I "think" I am averaging about 3-4 lbs a week although this close to my goal weight it IS slowing down "some".
Start weight: 242 lbs (January 7th, 2012)
Current weight: 178.4 lbs (May 4th, 2012)
Goal weight: 170 lbs0 -
1.5lbs a week. I started on the 2nd to last week of February at 175. I started on here at 165. I am now down to 162.0

Well, I just done the maths and if I divide my weeks on MFP (8 weeks) and my weight loss (13.5lbs), I get an average of 1.6875, so basically 1.7lbs p/w. That's a shock to me, because I seem to lose more than that. But then, there were three weeks I didn't lose anything, so if I do 13.5/5, I get 2.7, so that's more accurate.0
