    Intek Evolution Protein powder is my # 1 supplement. Along with beans, cottage cheese, deli turkey, veggie burgers, chicken breast, chicken strips, tuna, Flounder, salmon, tilapia, greek yogurt, and eggs. I eat a very high protein diet lol.

    Tahini or peanut butter on bananas....i will sometimes do a double scoop on protein powder in my protein shake...boiled eggs...nuts

    I've been addicted to black bean brownies lately. http://www.food.com/recipe/black-bean-brownies-gluten-free-255239 I use a modified version of this recipe with less sugar, and added peanut butter. It's sooo good and there's a ton of protein and fiber in there. Mmmmmm!

    I usually eat 2 eggs for lunch, though.

    I love intek Evolution protein powder.....My favorite are the orange creamsicle and the caramel latte......I have several people that didn't like other protein powders, to try this brand, and they love it!

    Today's lunch bag snacks:
    - banana (no protein there though)
    - boiled egg
    - peanut butter sandwich (1 slice of grainy bread with no added salt or sugar pb)
    - cherry tomatoes
    - apricot oatmeal slice (home made but not that great, it's a bit dry)
    plus my lunch
    - red curry tofu and veggies with brown rice.
