1/2 cup frozen berries (whatever you like; I use a blend of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (I use 2%; whatever your preference)
1 scoop of whey protein isolate.

I have that for breakfast just about every morning. About 270 calories, over 40g of protein.

I do one cup of frozen fruit (blueberries, pinapple, or mixed berries), half of a banana (frozen), 1.25 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, .5 cup of 0% greek yogurt, 1 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, and 2 cups of spinach. Yummy!

I really like green smoothies. This one is my favorite:

    1 c plain yogurt
    2 c raw baby spinach
    1 banana
    3/4 c frozen pineapple
enough milk or cold water to get it to the desired consistency (usually about 1/2 a cup)

I dont think I can get past putting spinach in with fruit. Just cannot wrap my head around it. Who knows maybe I will get brave one day.... until then

1/2 cup light yogurt (vanilla or fruit depends on the mood)
1 cup frozen berries, I prefer strawberries, hubby prefers blueberries
1/2 cup lowfat or skim milk
    blend until smoothied
    :)

1 cup Kale, 1 cup mixed berries (Costo sells a frozen mix that works great or fesh if you have it works just as well!), 1/2 cucumber, 1 cup pineapple, 1-2 tbsp almond milk. Tastes like I am cheeting and having a jamba juice. 320 calories, 64 carbs, 4g fat, 7g protein, 11g fiber.

I drink this one every morning... so easy to make and drink while I get ready for work!

    2 cups of baby spinach
    1/2 banana
4 fairly large frozen strawberries (I grab them out of a bag bought at Costco)
    1 tbsp flax seeds
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

With the strawberry and banana, you can't taste the spinach at all -- but it's so filling and healthy.

If u like coconut. Try chocolate protien (1 serving), water (1 cup), 4 or 5 ice cubes, 2 tbsp of liberte coconut yogurt. Sometimes I use dark chocolate almond milk instead of water.....soooooo goooooood!!!
