8 ounces green tea
quarter cup or so of plain greek yogurt

I really like green smoothies. This one is my favorite:
1 c plain yogurt
2 c raw baby spinach
1 banana
3/4 c frozen pineapple
enough milk or cold water to get it to the desired consistency (usually about 1/2 a cup)0 -
I dont think I can get past putting spinach in with fruit. Just cannot wrap my head around it. Who knows maybe I will get brave one day.... until then
1/2 cup light yogurt (vanilla or fruit depends on the mood)
1 cup frozen berries, I prefer strawberries, hubby prefers blueberries
1/2 cup lowfat or skim milk
blend until smoothied

1 cup Kale, 1 cup mixed berries (Costo sells a frozen mix that works great or fesh if you have it works just as well!), 1/2 cucumber, 1 cup pineapple, 1-2 tbsp almond milk. Tastes like I am cheeting and having a jamba juice. 320 calories, 64 carbs, 4g fat, 7g protein, 11g fiber.0

Blueberry-Banana Green Monster
3.5 oz spinach
1 Tbls ground flax seed
1 scoop of protein powder
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup milk0 -
I drink this one every morning... so easy to make and drink while I get ready for work!
2 cups of baby spinach
1/2 banana
4 fairly large frozen strawberries (I grab them out of a bag bought at Costco)
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
With the strawberry and banana, you can't taste the spinach at all -- but it's so filling and healthy.0 -
If u like coconut. Try chocolate protien (1 serving), water (1 cup), 4 or 5 ice cubes, 2 tbsp of liberte coconut yogurt. Sometimes I use dark chocolate almond milk instead of water.....soooooo goooooood!!!0
