Well actually I just started so usually (for me) after not doing ANY exercise I lose a lot the first wk or so. I was also on my period for the weigh-in so I think that had something to do with it. lol But other than that I drunk at least 8 glasses of water a day (usually more), took 1 step class, 3 zumba classes, and jogged/walked 2 times a week. I get bored easily so just going to the gym doesn't work for me. I have to mix up classes with being outside.0
