    I wanted to report back... I've made these now twice for my vegetarian husband and just substituted 1 bag of Morningstar Farms Crumbles for the meat. Cook and season the crumbles, of course. It's technically twice the amount as the called for meat, but it's also half the calories for that same amount, so doubling it puts the calories count around the same and also makes a nice meat-like lasagna. They're now one of my husband's favorite meals. We just had them again last night, and I'm sure the last 3 are going to be gone by the time I get home.

    Oh, and the Nasoya round wonton wrappers are great for the cupcake pan!
