Anybody do this program? Anybody know anything about it? Just watched some great videos on it and I am curious. Was gonna do P90X after my Insanity... but not sure now. Thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!

    It's a wrestler teaching yoga with a lot more calisthenics put in - as far as I can tell.

    If I was looking for a yoga routine, I would look for someone with yoga experience. Rodney Yee is a good choice for a workout type yoga video (and he's had decades of training).

    If you are just looking for a workout, I'm sure DDP is as good as any other.
