I just joined this site last week and am loving it so far. I have done Weight Watchers more than once (which I loved, btw). I think that is why I like MyFitness so much. It reminds me a lot of WW except instead of counting points, I am couting calories. So here I am again...trying to lose these stubborn pounds. I don't need statistics to tell me that keeping a food diary works. I am proof of it. And the minute I stop, I gain the weight again. So, wish meluck and I am happy to be a part of this community!
