Melt The Belly Fat Book by Prevention

I just purchased this new book by Prevention, has anyone read it yet and if so have you gotten good results. I also wonder about exercise - is it best that I work out in the evening or in the mornings, does it matter?

    I have joined the local gym and usually my gym work out when its convenient.

    I do some classes in the evening - body pump and pilates classes in the morning as these are scheduled.

    I try not to stress about what time I should do my gym work out as then I won't enjoy it.

    Bump. I've definitely got a blob of fat sitting on my stomach that I would love to get rid of.
