Hello everyone, I'm Cindy. I have decided to try mfp and see if it really works. I have done a few things on my own including a 10 day juice fast and adding more fruits & veggies to my diet, which has helped me lose about 20 pounds, but I'm looking to lose more. I need to do something that I can stick with for the rest of my life. With that said, I am looking for people who feel the same and who are willing to encourage because trust me, I need every bit of encouragement I can get. Before my pregnancy, I was always thin. My daughter will be 4 years old in July and I have been fat the entire time since I had her. 4 years too long. It's time to get my body back. Please feel free to add me because I will be on here daily. Be blessed!

Hey girl! Welcome! I am new too! LOL MFP works awesome! I have lost 13 pounds using it. Before, I was on Weight Watchers and lost 10 lbs but I wanted something inexpensive and my girlfriend introduced me to this. I love it! I don't have to worry about carrying a notebook with me everywhere! I use my smartphone. We all need encouragement! I am diabetic and trying to get off the medicine I am on. Over the years I have gone from a size 24 to today a size 6! I will add you and we can support each other!0

Hey girl i'm new too and lookin for some real true motivation myself. I'm the same as you trying to get rid of this baby fat. My kids are 2 & 3. I was preggers for 2 years str8 and using that for an excuse is gettin old lol. You can add me as a friend the more motivation the better0

Me, too! This whole journey has been a bunch of trial and error. I've found that losing weight and getting fit is a VERY individual experience. What works for you may not work for me and vice versa. But no matter what kind of diet or exercise each of us chooses for ourselves, we ALL need support!
