I adore TJ's! But....I have not been there since I started MFP a couple of weeks ago. I would love to know what your favorite healthy foods are there!

I love:

-seaweed snacks
-almost all of their salad dressings
-ezekiel bread

Well it is a small container, but i split it in two and put it on half a low cal english muffin for a 100 calorie snack. If I were at home, I would take a pic and post it, but I am at work!

    Oh, google it!

    Baked goods section:
    High fiber blueberry muffins
Crumpets (very dense and crisp/chewy when you toast them)
    Refrigerated/produce section:
Broccoli slaw (microwave it and it gets floppy like pasta, tasty with dressing and lean protein)
    Steamed, peeled baby beets
    Cut butternut squash
    Herb salad mix
Mini goat cheese rounds and baby bries (about 75 cals/each but half of one is often enough.)
    Snacks section:
Mini savory soy crackers or their regular rice crackers
    Dry section:
Cheap spices and seasonings are great to take the place of high cal sauces
All of their pureed soups in the cartons
    Frozen section:
Hold the cone mini ice cream cones (only 70 cal and very rich, gets you a quick sweet fix without overdoing it)
Mini soy vanilla ice cream sandwiches
Frozen chicken/vegetable wonton soups are good to stash in the freezer at work
    Wine section:
Amour d'Paris peach sparkling wine cocktail--only 36 cals for 5 oz and very sweet. Good for girly events/brunches/parties.

    Chocolate covered espresso beans
    Tomato Bruschetta (jarred)
    Olive Tapanade (jarred)
Soups (Creamy tomato, roasted red pepper and tomato, etc.)
    Potato pancakes
    Anything from the produce section

yeah theres more but i cant think of it now :[ I wish they had Kale "chips" or dried Kale snacks....oh and dried/baked vegetable chips like fairway does but they don't

There's so much, but a few things I like recently are:

    spicy, chunky guacamole
    individually wrapped goat cheese medallions
    greek yogurt
pollo asado individual pizza - 410 calories for the whole thing, but it's pretty substantial!

Before I went vegan I used to LOOOOOVE their chicken dumplings with general sao's sauce. I wont do the sauce either anymore due to all the crap in it but. Oh. My. God. I have their veggie potstickers now but havent tried them. Been sitting in my freezer.

I have their chocolate coconut ice cream too. I've only had it once (that tends to stay in the freezer too) But its REALLY good.

Now I do their organic tempeh, extra firm tofu, fresh fruits, edamame, and fresh veggies. I love Trader Joe's. We actually drive an hour ever two weeks to go grocery shopping there. So worth it.

    -frozen edamame
    -reduced sugar strawberry preserves
    -cranberry apple butter
-their greek yogurt is pretty good and cheaper than other brands.
-almond/ mango/ cashew trek mix-- have to be careful with the portions but even a small portion is pretty satisfying
-also, I love their yogurt star cookies even though they are not a healthy choice....I buy them for a treat.

They have a fantastic spinach kale dip that is only 35 calories per 2 tablespoons. It is great for dipping veggies or spread on a piece of bread. I love their hummus and thier salad dressings are amazing too!! We have to drive over an hour for the closest one and I try to stock up on things I love.

Sadly, my main reason for going there is their great selection of good, affordable wines, but I also love the gluten free waffles and the vodka sauce. Also the best and most affordable selection of nuts.

I love this thread and I love Trader Joe's!!!

I usually go when I am not able to buy pershable items, so this thread has inspired me for my next visit (I will attempt it closer to when I will be traveling home!)

My son is on a special diet and I can buy several things for him:
    Soft Baked Snickerdoodle Cookies
    Gluten Free Oats
    Gluten Free Ginger Snap Cookies
    Organic lollipops
    Sunflower Seed Butter
Gluten Free Brownie Mix (I make according to the directions or just add a can of pumpkin for Brownie Pumpkin Muffins)
    Kettlecorn
Squeezable Applesauce (they have apple, banana apple, and carrot apple)

For me (not a completely healthy list):
Individual packs of Lite Kettlecorn (I cannot control myself around the large bag unless I portion it out and close the bad--that does not even work all the time!)
100 Calorie Packs of Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Their Produce (fresh, local, and at a good price)
Sea Salt and Turbinado Sugar Dark Chocolate Almonds (Soooo good!)
    Wine (they have awesome prices!!)
    Organic Split Pea Soup
    Luna Bars

Our family moved from Florida to California and Trader Joe's has been an added bonus!!!!

I like their veggie wraps. Delish.

I really like the walnut cranberry Gorgonzola dressing. It is like 80 calories for 2 tbsp.

Oh raw almond butter is awesome, too.

I do most of my grocery shopping there. :D

Coconut oil (actually smells like coconuts) and their raw cheese (pretty impossible to find anywhere)...and of course their super-cheap (like 2$/bottle seriosuly) red wines
