I'm on Week 4 and I'm getting ready to take my 30 day pictures and measurements. I want to see your pictures! Day 1, 30, 60, 90 and every day in between. I find the pictures to be so inspirational!

I'm on week 3. I've been excited to take pictures. I was planning on doing it after I finished week 3 because week 4 is just a recovery week but I heard some people say their results started showing up in week 4... so I suppose I will wait. lol.0

I do not really think you can see the difference in my photos? I did p90x and I have lost 20lbs and kept it off, but i feel like you cannot see in my photos the difference?0

I am into my recovery week on the first phase and I have not lost a pound. I am following the meal plan as well. I am 4 11 and 142 lbs I am eating at the 1800 cal level. Should I be eating more or less?0 -
