I'm currently @ 160.8, started @ 191. I'd like to get back down to around 130 as I really like that weight. However, anything that'll get me into a size 8 pants will work cause that's what's really important.

I'm 5 6" and "big boned" as people put it. I would be ecstatic at 155! Was down to 157 a few years ago and in a size 10 but I didn't care about size. It was how i felt!
I agree with her! I am big boned as well so 160 is my goal weight and I'm 180 now. Started 240.

It all depends on how much body fat and muscle you have, and your bone size. As long as it is a healthy weight for your frame. I am 155.5 currently and my goal is 142-135. I was 110 in high school but felt I was too thin and wanted to gain weight then.0

but m husband would likefor my to be at 140-1450 -
I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 160.. I think if I went any lower, I would look way too thin. I am currently at 180 and wear a size 10 jeans..
Me too, except I'm 171.5 right now. According to the "wrist test" I'm thick boned, so anything less I don't really look healthy. I was in the 130/140s in college and I look back and pictures and I was too thin. I used the "true weight" calculator on the Dukan Diet website (http://www.dukandiet.com/Calculate-your-True-Weight) and it told me my true weight is 161. I'd be happy there, but really I'm more concerned about getting my body fat %age down and looking/feeling good. Last time I checked it (about a month ago) my body fat was at 31%. I'd like to have it down around 25%.0 -
Though I'm 5'7", I'm built pretty slender, and at my top weight of 143, looked pretty gross. Goal is 126. That's my not-too-skinny/toned/healthy ideal.0

i am 5'7 and my goal weight is between 125 and 130 I use to only weigh 99lbs but that was way to thin0

I am 5'7" and my current weight is 161. 150 is about as small as I will go.0

I've set 145 for myself at the moment. When I get to 145 I will see how I look and feel. 140 was hard to maintain when I was on Weight Watchers, but at that time I was mostly just running.0

135-140, i have been stuck at 162 for forever now after loosing 60lbs0

160-165lbs is my new goal...
I initially started at 239lbs and now raning 186-190lbs so my new goal this year is 160-165lbs to eventually get down to 140-145lbs by 2013.....

My current goal weight is 150, just to see what it'll look like on me. All of my family says I'm big boned, and that I shouldn't go below 150. But my dietitian/health provider says that I could still look healthy at 135-140. So we will see.0

my aim is 150 they said our healthy weight is 145-155 so im good at 150 im down to 180ties and i love how my body is now just want to lose some belly and a lil off my legs and i will be happy so dont know if i will change my goal.0
