I am 5'7" and my current weight is 161. 150 is about as small as I will go.0

I've set 145 for myself at the moment. When I get to 145 I will see how I look and feel. 140 was hard to maintain when I was on Weight Watchers, but at that time I was mostly just running.0

135-140, i have been stuck at 162 for forever now after loosing 60lbs0

160-165lbs is my new goal...
I initially started at 239lbs and now raning 186-190lbs so my new goal this year is 160-165lbs to eventually get down to 140-145lbs by 2013.....

My current goal weight is 150, just to see what it'll look like on me. All of my family says I'm big boned, and that I shouldn't go below 150. But my dietitian/health provider says that I could still look healthy at 135-140. So we will see.0

I'm 5 6" and "big boned" as people put it. I would be ecstatic at 155! Was down to 157 a few years ago and in a size 10 but I didn't care about size. It was how i felt!0

my aim is 150 they said our healthy weight is 145-155 so im good at 150 im down to 180ties and i love how my body is now just want to lose some belly and a lil off my legs and i will be happy so dont know if i will change my goal.0

I'm 5'8" and I used to weigh between 145 and 150, happy at that weight. I was 132 once (dancing in a musical), and was skinny but didn't look too skinny. My goal now is to get back down to 145, 135 maybe. But I'll be very happy with 145.0

I'm floating in the 160-170 area...My ultimate goal weight is 125, but I'll take 130 with a nice, trim waist!0

Holy Crap... a lot of posts on here are people wanting to be really small for 5'7... I started at 256, I'm down to about 235, but I'd be cool to get down to 170-175 and maintain that. any smaller - and honestly I don't think I could maintain it...0

This - right now my goal weight is 180. I'm big boned and big boobed. I don't think I would look healthy below 150ish. I was 145 in highschool and I just can't see me being that size ago.0 -

I am 5' 6-1/2" and my goal weight is 120 lbs, which is what I have been at for over a year now.0

My first goal is 155 and ideally down to about 140 where my body has always felt and looked its best. I am 5'7 but my frame is larger so I "hide" my weight well. I highly doubt I will go putting up any fights if I go below 140...lol...but I'm happy to stick with my realistic goals for now. :happy:0

Goal Weight is 160......Ill decide once I get there. Smallest and best shape of my life was at 138, completely toned and cut (college sports days) that would be amazing to get back there....but 160 is my goal currently.0

The magic # for me is 135 but I want to be toned and look good in a bikini. So if this # is higher or lower than I'm ok with it.0

I am barely 5'6", my goal weight is around 140ish. I am going to start lifting heavy soon so I will take heavier if my bf% goes down0

145 is my first goal and once I hit that I will decide if I just want to tone up more or lose more lbs. I was quite happy with my body when I was a toned 145. 135 got to be too small on my large frame.0

my goal was 150 but I have since reached it and now think I can go for 140. I gained 50 lb during my last pregnancy. I am not so focused on the weight so much as inches lost. I am weight training while doing cardio so likely gaining quite a bit of muscle mass in the process.0

I'm 5'8" and 180 right now. My goal is 160. My whole adult life, the lightest I've ever been is 155 and I was a size 4. Pretty skinny for me. When I get to 160 with maintaining my exercise routine, I figure I'll loose more as I get toned but won't be so focused on the actual scale since I know I'll be building muscle.0
