    Hello from Ottawa, I have no idea what Greco is either, I've dabbled with MyFitnessPal for a few weeks not but now getting serious.
    Looking for other people to work out with (Cardio) mainly, at Goodlife Queen Street, Goodlife Rideau Center or GoodLife St. Laurent.

    I am 39 year old male looking to loose 50 pounds.
