    I have 2 per day ...

    1 bottle zico coconut water
    Greek yogurt
    kefir
    blueberries
    cherries
Sometimes I'll add 1 tsp coconut oil.

My second one is the same as above but usually I'll use pineapple & mango instead of the berries & cherries.

I used to make this after swimming when I needed a filling breakfast!

    1/2 ripe avocado
    1 small / med banana
Water to thin / skimmed milk
Handful of oats (if very hungry!)
You can add a spoon of honey / agave nectar too if you like it sweet, though there is some sweetness from the banana.

I usually found that one glass of this would fill me up pretty well and I could fill a bottle to take with me for late morning.

I'd really recommend getting the Innocent Smoothie recipe book (I bought it for a pound on Amazon) - it is WONDERFUL!
Good luck with the smoothie breakfasts!

I used to do a lot of green smoothies but my husband got sick of them so we have just been making fruit smoothies lately...but I want to start adding kale & spinach again soon.
    right now I typically do~
1 to 2 cups mixed fruit~either raspberries, blueberries, grapes or blackberries...usually a mix of them.
    2 scoops protein powder,
    1 c light vanilla soymilk
    1/2 c OJ
    a couple handfuls ice
(depending on the tartness I might add 1/2 to 1 tsp agave)

This makes enough for two people.

Or for my protein smoothies, I use 2 scoops chocolate soy protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter and 1 c unsweetened almond milk, a handful of ice. Occasionally I add a small banana. Either way, it tastes awesome.

1 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 tbsp of honey
either 1 banana, strawberries, mango, or pinapple
    and some ice

OR if you prefer a more milkshake like smoothie

1/2 Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk (50% more calcium, lower fat!)
    1 tbsp of honey
    strawberries, mango, etc.

Try to avoid Greek yogurt because even though it's low in fat it has a higher sugar content, and sugar can hold back your weight loss rather than progress it.

1 tbsp of cinnamon a day is also said to help speed up gluclose metabolic rate
and honey is a good natural sweetener and also a good source of antioxidants.

My recipe is simple because I use it for a snack in between meals to get me through until my next meal. I use frozen strawberries so that the smoothie will have a thick consistency. It is only about 100 calories.

    1 c frozen strawberries
    1/2 c non-fat milk
    1 splenda packet

    Mix in blender.

Don't know if you like green smoothies, but I'll share my fave.

1 cup light vanilla soy milk
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 frozen banana
    1 peeled orange
    1-2 cups fresh spinach leaves
(some times I add about 1/4 cup of orange juice or more milk if it's not mixing well in the blender)

    refreshing and delicious ; )

Oh I just make my own lol. But they are tasty.

    Whey protein powder (vanilla flavor)
    banana
    peanut butter
    soy milk (vanilla flavor)
I just visually add the amounts (this one is great source of protein)

    strawberries
    banana
    blueberries
    water/ice

I get a lot of frozen fruit because I just don't eat it fast enough at times and it can be cheaper. Most fruits thrown together taste good as a smoothie no matter what. I've tried veggie smoothies and still haven't really found one that I've liked.
