First time used chat for fitness tracker

Been on the fitness tracker for about three months now, Tyring to motivate myself to loose what I somehow picked up over the last winter. This time last yr I was 9-10 lbs lighter yet I m doing nothing diet wise different.
Watch my carbs intentionally for cholestrol an take smaller portions. Dont know. Joined a Gym four and a half months ago, prior military I am used to fitness
Son designed a work out program but it bulked me up I think Looking FOR TONE AND DEFINITION. Hav enow added cardio and aerobics in the mix some. Seeing minor resulsts, My four pack isnt a 6 pack though/ any ideas.

Working Hard at it in Maryland.

    Hi. "Defintion" is mostly about body fat percentage. As long as you have some muscles underneath, melting away the fat will reveal them. Certainly doing cardio and keep your calories in check will help over time. You can't tell the fat where to come off, but if you are consistent you will lower your overall bodyfat and show off those healthy curves (Muscles) you built up!. All the best in reaching your goals
