I eat a lot of peanut butter but I'm a bit confused about the portion sizes >.<"
I read somewhere that two tablespoons is 170 calories and the size of your thumb. But I used a measuring spoon and the size of my thumb is only one tablespoon... Do I just have smaller thumbs than the average person?
Sorry if my question is a bit silly, but I like to use my hands to eyeball portions >.<"

I actually weigh mine. 1 tablespoon (16g for Trader's crunchy pnut butter) is so small! :sad:0

I recommend weighing your servings. It is the most accurate method. Good luck!0
