so this isn't a total before picture i didnt think to take any pictures at 162lbs wish i did but i got one around 153lbs so here this is....so you really can't see a huge difference but just picture 10lbs more on the 153lbs haha

    You can totally see a difference! I've started at 161lbs so I can imagine how you started, which makes me excited to lose weight because this shows me that it's possible and noticeable :bigsmile:

    Ive come to realize that its not always about how much weight you lose as you can lose only ten pounds and have it look as if you lost 20pounds.
