What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise. I need to get back in the swing of things... I feel like I've been slacking since I did the 26 mile walk. TODAY!!!

Mostly
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did extra time on the stationary bike to make up for some of the calories I was over, even though it was 11 at night.
What would I have done differently? Not eaten the extra calories at 11 at night. :huh:

Exercise for at least 40 minutes

After my daughter went to bed I went on my eliptical instead of veggin' in front of the tv.

Not eatin my frozen yogurt, I need to learn I don't need it every day!
