how do you join groups?
I am new to this and don't really know a lot about what all I need to do in order to join groups0 -

all month I've been jumping up and down 3 lbs,, today i weighed in in the middle again,, so that'll be my starting weight here,,,,I got to figure out how to get past this this next week though.....I know most of it is stress right now. I'm down one lb form the first of this week, but up one lb from last week.. so I'm not sure weather to be happy or sad today...over all I started out at 170 at the first of this year,,,its's been a long slow process, sometimes you just have to keep moving even when you dont have good resaults!!!

Okay, well here goes. I just started this site on Sunday (and wasn't doing anything before) so there's not really any progress. But on Sunday I was 245 and now I'm already down to 240.... Woot!! :bigsmile: It's all water weight so far, though, but it's still very encouraging. My first goal weight is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 175, then I'll probably reassess and set a new goal weight from there.
Oh, and I have a mini-goal of being 220 or smaller by Christmas. I think it's definitely do-able!0 -

Pam your not old...you look great...I've always been told you are only as old as you feel....that's one reason for losing all this weight... I'm not getting any younger so maybe I can start feeling younger instead. lol
I don't know what Delaina had in mind,,for our weigh-ins. or what happened to her,,, I guess we can wait and see....and keep track here for now.
