    Yeah, what is the backstory behind the name Surprise? Someone told me once, but I forgot. I've always thought it would be fun to move there just to see people's reactions when I give them my address.

    Nope... but I used to live in Scottsdale. I seriously just had a dream about veggie cream cheese from Lox, Stock, & Bagel on McCormick. (What I miss most?)

    I'm in AZ too -- Tri-State area. Seems like most of you guys are in the civilized part of the state! Clearly I missed the boat..... or sand taxi.

    Didn't we give that region away to avoid the maintenance fees? ; )

    I've heard the Mexican food in Arizona is really good. I don't really like TexMex or Colorado-style Mex, but good, real Mexican food is the best. THE BEST.

    Sonoron style Mexican food is mouthgasmic.

    Way too many great breweries here to justify consume that swill! I even take Az beer to Mexico these days.

    I grew up in Tucson, live in Flagstaff now. I am sonoran though and the best Mexican food in Arizona is served up at my house :)
