    You look amazing, before and after!! I believe that feeling amazing inside is what counts, so no matter how many people tell us "you look good" it is not until we KNOW it and FEEL it ourselves that counts. Such an inspiration!! Thanks for sharing!! :)

    Transitioning to maintenance was a little scary. That's a big part of the reason I bought a BodyMedia Fit. I figured it would help me stay on track with determining my TDEE.

    So far, so good! I've been doing a little tweaking, but mostly I feel in control of things now.

    This deserves to be bumped because of the sensible, healthy way you took off the weight! You didn't crash diet like some do and I really admire that.
