    I asked my sister what app she used to count calories on and she said MFP. I just used the app for a while but now I like using the website on the actual computer better.

    i got the iphone last year and my old boss suggested i get that app because she knew i was on a diet.

    My YMCA coach asked me to start tracking my food and I looked in the Andriod app market and the rest is history...

    Besides being addicted to MFP, I am addicted to the Chalean Extreme workouts...which I am in my last month of and will be switching to P90X after this.
