I'm making baked kale chips for the first time and I'd like to know what kind of seasoning everyone likes on there kale 
This recipe I have calls for seasoning salt and of course olive oil.

i just do olive oil and a little low sodium salt and i love them that way. i was introduced to them about a month ago and i was AMAZED at how good they are!0

I've heard about them for a while because of Pinterest
but I've never tried them. I've decided since I need some more snack ideas I need to try them!

It's pretty easy, actually. My mom and I have been experimenting and I think she has them down pretty much perfectly.
* Rinse kale bunch.
* Peel the kale from the woody stems into bite size pieces.
* Spread on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
* Drizzle with olive oil - a little goes a long way.
* Sprinkle your favorite seasoning (ie salt, kosher salt, sea salt, pepper flakes, etc.)
* Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven's excitability and the cooking oil you use (spray tends to cook faster than oil).
* Enjoy!
Note: For nutrition information, see allrecipes.com. It's about 50-60 calories per cup, which is a lot of chips. They shrivel!0 -
