I'm making baked kale chips for the first time and I'd like to know what kind of seasoning everyone likes on there kale :)

This recipe I have calls for seasoning salt and of course olive oil.

Whats your fav

    I've heard about them for a while because of Pinterest :) but I've never tried them. I've decided since I need some more snack ideas I need to try them!

    So I'll have to try that on them :)

    It's pretty easy, actually. My mom and I have been experimenting and I think she has them down pretty much perfectly.

    * Rinse kale bunch.
    * Peel the kale from the woody stems into bite size pieces.
    * Spread on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
    * Drizzle with olive oil - a little goes a long way.
    * Sprinkle your favorite seasoning (ie salt, kosher salt, sea salt, pepper flakes, etc.)
    * Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven's excitability and the cooking oil you use (spray tends to cook faster than oil).
    * Enjoy!

    Note: For nutrition information, see allrecipes.com. It's about 50-60 calories per cup, which is a lot of chips. They shrivel!
