    Have you tired the vacuum? Just get it really close to your problem areas and the suction will do the rest. Expect some hickey like marks and not actual results. Enjoy!

    Make sure you drink ice water. It's a negative calorie food and you get your water intake at the same time!

    Naw see that's cheap, you have to invest in the girdle belt things, they work so much better, especially when layered. Maybe saran wrap on top though, to keep it fresh

    Seriously laughed out loud at that.

    Wrap your raspberry ketones in saran wrap around your body, and then stand in a sauna for a day. They'll melt into your skin, which makes them a billion times more effective, and then you can do lots and lots of squats and deadlifts with heavy weights to get the rest off. But don't do cardio, because your body will eat all your muscle right off the minute you start it.

    I've always been a fan of free weights, but I've come to love resistance bands. You get a workout on every part of a move. We just tried this new one in my bootcamp class where we sit, wrap the band around our feet and lean back, then do arm exercises. No part of it was easy and that was what I loved about it. I'm a big band fan :)
