Hey Everyone!
I am new to this and I am wondering what I should do. I am going to try to work out everyday, as best as possible, but I was wondering if anyone has a diet plan that they can share with me.
Thank you!!!

High carbs unlimited- Low Fat - Low protein Vegan based diet. Never seen a fat person - ever !!!! thats been on this diet long term. The chinese sure eat a lot of rice (carbs) and are virtually all skinny. A guy I know that lives in china says guys there w/ visible abs is common like 1 of 10 and thats general population not fitness people.0

Start really simple so you don't get overwhelmed. Log everything you eat, and don't don't try to make drastic cuts to what you normally do right away. In general, eat more fruits and vegetables and protein, less high calorie processed foods. This is mostly common sense. As you get more comfortable with logging you will become more aware of how many calories are in your foods and make adjustments where necessary. Cutting way back on fast food made a big difference for me, and I also don't eat baked goods (like scones or muffins) very often now because I've learned that they don't fit in my calorie goals. Friends with open diaries can give you some good ideas. Feel free to add me if you want.0

Well, I've been working to get alot of the processed food out of my diet as much as possible, for roughly the past 6 months. I eat alot of fresh fruit and veg now, as well as nuts and other proteins. I've really started watching the gluten-filled carbs this past week, as I'm trying to see if I've developed some kind of sensitivity or something. I've noticed that I can't eat as much bread now as I once could, and I can barely stand alot of super sugary sweets. This is huge for me, as I have a massive sweet tooth. I'm feeling pretty good overall, now that the headaches from the excess sugar are gone. With that said, I'm not losing weight, though. I'd potentially understand if I was a really small person, but I'm not, so I'm alittle perplexed by this... I'm not a soda drinker, but I know people who have gone off bread and lost a TON of weight. Weight loss can be a frustrating thing.
But yes, for how I feel overall and how good my skin has been looking lately, I'd definitely recommend cutting out excess sugars, reducing the gluten intake (as this will have you focusing more on fresh fruit & veg), and avoiding as much processed foods as you can. Cut out soda if you drink that.
Another thing I've been doing is incorporating what I call a "high raw" diet. I love cooking and I know I'll never be a full raw foodie, but I incorporate at least one raw element into each meal, even if it's just a salad or a green smoothie with breakfast, and I do my best to have my lunch always be raw. This is working out pretty well for me also, as there's not alot of prep involved in getting my lunch together for work. It's kinda grab and go, which is nice0
