One of the entries allows you to say how many individual ones you ate - I use that ones as I never really eat more than 2 at a time. Or you can weigh one and enter that % of the ttl grams... And I think you should totally log it! Everything counts!

Type in Peanut M&M and if it gives you a value for let's say 9, just change it to one.

This is the correct answer... Anything w/ calories needs to be logged, IMO.

I counted ALL the M & Mz in the bag and divided the total amount for the package by what I ate...
    ex.. 1 serving iz one whole bag @ 250 calories and there were 60 m & Ms ... 60 into 250 iz 4. 1 .... ... so 4 calorie per piece
( thiz waz the one for plain m & ms per piece... )

I am also a perfectionist. I counted my single pretzel M&M that I ate Sunday as 10 calories. I think the answer of 12 sounds good too. You can be safe and say 15 calories or you could just run up and down a few stairs and not think about it anymore.

Okay....Jump in the bathtub full of water, measure the depth of the water, then eat the M&M, measure the depth of the water and solve for X.
