ive lost about 12 lbs since xmas and i am on the last 3 lbs to get to my goal weight of 8st (112lbs) but im still wobbly and have no definition, i know you cant spot reduce but just wondered what exercises you could suggest for a firmer stomach, toned legs and arms, and is there any way to get rid of love handles? i have a bad knee so squats and anything high impact are out of the question. thanks xx

"Toning" is not a meaningful term really. Strength and build muscles with resistance training and continue to slowly lower your bodyfat percentage. Those shapely muscles will appear and you will look toned. :-)
Abs: Planks, crunches, sit ups, side bends with weight
Arms: Bicep curls, triceps extensions, bench press, push ups, shoulder press
Legs: a bit more difficult. What CAN you do?

its my right knee, busted it two years ago, torn ligament and its not healed properly. i cant even jog on spot or cycle without it hurting and feeling like its gonna give way. i got told to build the muscles in my hips thighs and around the knee stronger, but have no idea how. i have been doing leslie sansone walk the pounds off at a moderate pace but its not giving me any definition as yet, is walking good for muscles? thanks for the other tips im gonna start those today xx
