A personal tragedy... eating back calories!

Well, between having to walk the dog, a new Killian Michaels' workout DVD and changing a mysteriously flat tire this morning - not to mention the walk to work after dropping the car at Firestone to have the tire dealt with - I find myself with 1,300 calories left to eat at dinnertime.

I DON'T THINK I'LL BE ABLE TO MAKE IT!

I'm too used to 500 calorie meals! I'M DOOMED!

Now: Pity me.

You don't have to use it all up today, you know. You can save some for tomorrow ;)

Or you know, pint of ice cream....

Have to say, I never have that problem. If I have lots of extra caps left I'll happily have a treat. Hmmmm, have some chocolate. Yummy!!

My car didn't come with a spare tire, it came with an air pump and a can of fix a flat. (I kid you not!)

Just work them into your week... Our bodies don't operate on a 24 hour schedule, we are 24/7 beasts!

    Good fix. Tequila anyone?
  • Don't sweat it. Eat your 500 calories if that's what you want. One meal or even one day doesn't make or break your overall effort.

Some cheesecake should fill in your calories quite nicely, or wine, booze, ice cream....

What's funny is that the 1st thing I did was grab the bike pump (forgot to add THAT workout) and after that made very little difference, I wanted to head to the corner gas station for a can of fix-a-flat!

    Great minds, etc etc.

But, in the end, the donut went on instead...

Oh, no!! You are ruined. Healthy lifestyle doomed. Now, head directly to the couch...only stopping to grab the two cartons of bon-bons out of the freezer.

Eat what you're comfortable with and leave the deficit for a day. It's alright :)

It's the donut that gave me the spare tire!

(An unintentional pun, I assure you...)
