Kosama

Congrats!

I live in Nebraska and have not only been doing Kosama for over a year now, but I also coach there now too! It is a great *kitten* kicking workout if you work it. Be sure to let the instructors/coaches know if you have any injury or joint problems and also let them know you are new so they can show you the modifications. Some people are intimidated by this style of workout but it is for all fitness levels and all ages.
