Doing well, a couple of moments I would like to go back and change, but overall I'm doing ok. Just completed the hardest CrossFit workout I have ever done. Feels pretty awesome. Not sure I will be able to walk, sit down or get back up tomorrow, but right now, feeling empowered.0

Weigh-ins will be on Monday mornings this go around! And yes measurements too! It's great to see everyones progression through our challenge! I will be posting NEW thread probably Sunday evening, so keep on the look out for that!
I just started a new job which has my workout schedule all crazy like... so when I get off tonight its Legs, Back, Abs, and elliptical time. UGH. I don't wanna do it... but I won't allow myself to slack!

P90X and Insanity are workout DVDs by Beachbody, they kick your *kitten* and make the fat melt off if you push yourself! They are amazing, especially if you feel you don't have "time" to go to the gym. That's what I love, I can do the workouts in my house right after rolling out of bed!0
