Healthy Chicken Tenders
Made this today ..was deliciousss thought I'd share :-)
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
i can't believe it's not butter artificial butter-flavored cooking spray
or smart balance
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all dry ingredients.

Line cookie sheet with foil.

Spray each chicken tender with butter spray and dip in seasoned dry ingredients.

Bake on lined cookie sheet for 20-30 minutes.
I made brocolli on the side too :-)

I love making homemade chicken tenders. I tend to flour mine, and the dip in egg, and then bread in seasoned panko. Super yum.0
