AMAZON ACAI BERRY

I was wondering if anyone had tried the Acai Berry Tablets that are advertised literally everywhere. I have read up on them and they are not an appetitie suppressant but are meant to be used alongside a calorie controlled diet with exercise. I am going to a wedding on the 4th August and I would really like to keep doing what I am doing now but also boost the weight loss perhaps with something like this. I just dont want to be sucked into something that doesnt work or is harmful! Any help or information would be much appreciated.

They did nothing for me except make me poorer. I felt quite silly paying the money I did for them in the end. I am sure they have fabulous vitamins in etc but I am also sure that they do not help like they say.0

I'm taking the Holland&Barrett Acai 1500 mg soft-gel capsules daily, sometimes 2x a day.
I haven't really noticed any change, though I did read it had many health benefits.
It hasn't harmed me anywayz... :indifferent:0 -

how much lemon juice to how much water? I would love to try it, is it something that you would do before consuming anything in the morning?0

ok so you get a full small glass of hot water with a few splashes of lemon juice drink it hot and quite fast but it does have to be before you have anything else first thing in the morning honestly it works !!0 -
boil water, pour in cup/glass and add 1 inch slice of lemon (add honey if you prefer)
And drink it first thing in the morning (I do this before I shower)
Sometimes I'll have another glass in the evening...just for my liquid intake and xtra vitamin C.0 -
I've been taking them for a few months now.... Honestly i haven't noticed anything
The only reason i'm still taking them is because i'm hoping they at least have some health benefits! lol0 -

Are you talking about the lemon thing?0 -
Acai, like most other berries, is rich in anti-oxidants (which is good) but has been grossly oversold the past couple of years. Save your money, if you want the benefits of eating berries buy a bag of frozen wild blueberries and sprinkle them on your breakfast cereal, add them to smoothies etc.0

Tried for a month - did nout. Invest the money in a good multi-vitamin.0

Did noting, I would much rather get plume and Chia Seed for the nature fiber. Lol0

Before I thought about nutrition I wanted a quick fix for weight loss. I ordered these pills, they charged me $80 for 4 bottles, and continued to charge me for 3 months. I didn't realize it because I never checked my credit card statement. I just paid the minimum amount each month. It took me 3 or 4 days trying to email and find a number to call to cancel. I finally found it and they wouldn't cancel until the next month. The first time I'd been scammed. I was 19 I learned my lesson. As for the Acai pills, they did nothing! I ended up just tossing the last 3 bottles. Again, lesson learned.0
