one for the vegetarians :)
I'm not vegetarian myself but my family have been doing this recipe for years now and i love it
Hope you do too.
Recipe: serves four
2 tablespoons of butter or replace it with 1 tablespoon of oil
1 tin of good quality tuna
1 garlic clove or 1 tablespoon of garlic granules
1 medium onion chopped
6 mushrooms diced
1 red pepper chopped
1 cup of weight watchers creme fraiche
1 table spoon of curry powder
method:
Over medium heat melt butter in a large saucepan. Add garlic, onions and red pepper. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft.
Stir in tuna, sour cream, curry powder, Heat until warm and serve.
prep time:15 mins cook time 15 mins
calories per serving: 200
ad chips or rice if you wish, just make sure you calculate those calories aswell

This is more one for the pescetarians rather than vegetarians.
No fish for me thank youI wonder if there is something I could replace the tuna with though.
