I use fat free milk and almond milk sometimes in smoothies.0

I tried the Almond milk before and I just couldn't get used to the taste so I go with skim milk.. I'll stick to eating almonds instead lol0
-
I personally prefer the texture of the almond milk to skim, so I use it for shakes and stuff.0

Almond.....Go Steelers.0

almond milk all the way. I use it in my cereal and protein shake/smoothies.0
-
for taste I would go with skim but i feel like almond is better nutritionally (not entirely sure) and use it in shakes, baking, breakfast stuff..0
-
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk.
Stop worrying about the Fat esp since it's good healthy fat.0 -
Almond milk, definitely!0
-
Almond Unsweetened. Use it for drinking straight up and for anything that you would normally use milk.0
-
That small number of calories won't matter a whole lot. I personally prefer almond milk. Can't get past the taste of most soy stuff.0
-
I like the low calories of the almond milk...I don't mind the fat content b/c it's coming from nuts which are a source of healthy fat.0
-
totally depends. If I want a glass of just straight up milk or when it comes to coffee and stuff, skim wins. But If I'm doing something that could turn out to be a lot carby-er (not a word) than I want it to be (cereal, protein smoothies) I use almond milk.0

I LOVE coconut milk!!! or rice milk depends on my mood! LOL I don't drink cows milk.0
-
Unsweetend Vanilla Almond milk - unless it's for coffee then I have to use half & half...may eventually go to almond milk, but haven't made the switch yet.0
-
Try Organic Vanilla Soymilk. It's delicious.0
-
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk for cereal but If I want a nice cold class of milk I go for the skim.0
-
We switch between the two. My son and I love both! And soy milk. But when we do get the almond or soy milk, we get the vanilla flavor, and not just plain. Super good in smoothies, too!!0

I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my smoothies and cereal...less harm to the environment if you catch my drift....:embarassed:0

Also skim milk has more protein than Almond Milk so you should feel full longer0

Coconut - Almond is a close 2nd.0 -
I personally hate skim milk. I've tried, but I just can't bring myself to drink it. I stick to 1% or 2%.
That being said, I also LOVE almond milk. Keep in mind the fats are from almonds, meaning they're healthy fats. I personally like the taste of almond milk more for certain things. I especially like it on my cereal or in smoothies, because it provides a little extra flavor. I do like cow milk for certain things though, like making sauces or custards, and if I'm eating a piece of chocolate cake, I'll usually want to wash it down with some cow milk.0 -
i always need the cals, but NEVER need the fat so i go skim, but Almond milk is SO yummy!0
-
I like the taste of Almond Milk more. And if I drink milk it's at least 1% because I think Skim is nasty.0
-
Unsweetened Almond milk...I don't like cow's milk.0
-
for healthy fat: almond milk... for protein: skim milk.
i use both on a fairly regular basis, coconut milk too.0 -
UNSWEETENED almond milk has no sugar.
I'd rather have the fat than the sugar.
